Our Founder
Youhao Toh is a trailblazer in the aviation industry and the founder of Revion Ground School, where he shares his passion and expertise with aspiring pilots. He inspires anyone with a dream to soar high in the aviation industry.
Youhao's passion for aviation was ignited by the thrill of mastering the complexities of flight. His unparalleled skill and determination led him to complete his CAAS CPL MEIR flight training in just five months, a record-breaking achievement that defies the standard one-year flight training timeframe. This feat remains unmatched in the aviation industry, demonstrating his exceptional ability and dedication.
Despite facing setbacks, such as a withdrawn offer from the now-defunct Tiger Airways Singapore for the Junior First Officer position due to airline restructuring, Youhao remains undeterred. His response to adversity is not bitterness but a steadfast resolve to forge his path in the industry.
Before founding Revion Ground School, Youhao served as an Aviation Ground Instructor at Singapore Flying College, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore Airlines. His teaching prowess is evident in his consistently producing high-achieving classes, with average scores exceeding 92% across all subjects taught.
His exceptional ability and dedication have earned him recognition as a leader in his field. Asia's leading aerospace technology-based training provider has engaged him as an Independent Aviation Consultant and ATPL subject matter expert.
